Individual Contributor Placement (10% of First-Year Salary): $100 service agreement fee
Specialized & Licensed Professional / Middle Management Placement (15% of First-Year Salary): $200 service agreement fee
Director & Executive Search (20% of First-Year Salary): $300 service agreement fee
The upfront fee secures our dedicated search services. The full percentage-based placement fee (based on the candidate’s first-year base salary) is invoiced upon successful hire. This transparent structure ensures alignment and commitment from the start while delivering exceptional talent results.
